Founder - Lee Gooderham
Working as a business leader and technical consultant, some of which being in high-risk environments, I’m focused on turning specialist expertise into commercially robust ventures.
As founder of Subgero, I lead the pursuit of niche, high-quality investment opportunities across property development, leisure and energy sectors. All investments are underpinned by strong governance, disciplined risk management and a long-term approach to stakeholder value.

My professional experience spans geophysical and geotechnical investigation, unexploded ordnance (UXO) consultancy, explosives engineering and data-led risk assessment. Operating at the intersection of technical delivery and strategic decision-making, my focus os on supporting projects where precision, accountability and safety are critical.

Alongside consultancy, I am actively developing and investing in new ventures, including advisory-led specialist services and high-quality lifestyle property developments. Several initiatives are currently in progress, with further announcements to follow.
